Shipping, Order Fulfillment and Returns

You are probably busy managing many projects and programs. You need your order processed and in your hands as fast as possible. Here's how the process works at Online EHS Supply. We also realize that sometimes the item ordered isn't what you need for one reason or another and a return is necessary.

  1. Shopping
    Shop through our product pages for the item(s) you want or need. We have organized our online store as logically as possible. You will find categories that hold items that will support your companies health, safety, and environmental programs. Once you find the item you need, simply enter the quantity you need and hit the "Add to Cart" and it will accumulate all the items in your Cart.
  2. Checkout
    When you have all you items accumulated in your Cart you can click on the button to Checkout, which is located on the top right next to the "Search" bar. There are several options for payment. You can choose to process your payment through Paypal, Credit Card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) through Stripe, and Check or Money OrderIf you would rather do an order over the phone instead, no problem. Just Contact us and let us know what you want and we will take care of it.
  3. Order Processing
    Once you have selected your items, entered your payment method and hit submit, you will get an automated order confirmation that your order has been received. And at that moment we will be notified of your order and see it in our system too. We process orders only a few hours after we receive them and most order will ship out within 24 hours. For expedited orders we do our best to get them out the same day.
  4. Tracking
    After your order has shipped out you will receive an email with tracking information about your shipment.
  5. Returns
    Sometimes an item you ordered needs to be returned for one reason or another and we understand that. If you ever happen to be in this situation there's a few things to remember. Contact us as soon as possible so that we can begin the return process by issuing you a Return Authorization and also other information you need to ship the item back. Requests for returns must be made within 30 days of delivery and must be in new or unused condition. However if it is defect in manufacturing we will replace it with out any additional cost to you. Warranties are also covered.
